Your shipping service is painfully slow

Umm I think I already stated how you did. You're massively unorganized!!! You have a decent product but your ordering/shipping department is ruining your business.

Ordered the large one, was too large, so wanted to exchange for the next size down. After requesting an RA for weeks, finally got one, they shipped the very small one, I emailed to correct that, and got a response that they were sending the one I requested, then when the package arrived, it was the very small one. I give up

Installation was super easy and it’s visually beautiful, however whenever it rains or the sprinklers go off, the water stains are near to impossible to remove. The site mentions to use vinegar but it doesn’t do much. If you’re interested in the product I would recommend white since any other color will look old and stained within a few weeks.

Did not shop with the mounting template.
