Still waiting on resolution to my damaged mailbox that the damage was attempted to be concealed with what looks like white out or white paint. Sticks out. It’s been 4 days now with no response to my email follow-up and for a $600 mailbox I would think the resolution would be speedier.

Have not gotten my house numbers yet, can’t depend on your tracking cause it doesn’t work either

I ordered the raw state steel mailbox at the beginning of May. It looks pretty good and suits our space well. I ordered the gold numbers to go with it and. . they’re just painted a flat yellow? They still look nice but for the price I’d rather something that looks more high end. Also, the magnet on the door is unnecessarily strong and the raw steel can cut your fingers from the pressure of trying to open it. Why is the magnet so strong? I’m going to have to buy something to soften the door handle so our poor mailman doesn’t get injured. Outside of all of that, the biggest issue was shipping time frames. After having to dig around I learned that this particular “color” of mailbox doesn’t ship for 14 business days. I received it 7 weeks after purchase (the shipping location is 15 minutes from me). When I reached out to the support team, I continually got inconclusive responses about when my product would ship. There wasn’t anything on the website indicating longer ship times when I placed my order, which would have set clearer expectations rather than feeling scammed out of a few hundred dollars. I’m glad I finally received my product because it does look nice, but as a company honestly? Do better.

sent the wrong mailbox. Doesn't respond to emails. Parts of product marred.

Have not heard back from customer service on my issues , hopefully they will do the right thing.
