service is good, shipping was a little slow

Long long lead times.

The first order arrived in the wrong color. The second (customer service corrective) order arrived with scratches on the front and back. I was eager to check the item off my list, a month in, so kept it. The design and material are nice but clearly they are struggling with quality control.

product came quickly but did not preform as expected

From placing the order to the time it ships is a long time. I ordered 2 sets of numbers. Only received 1 set initially. But I contacted customer service. They said they would send me out another set. But again from the time they said they were gonna send the other set to the time I got it was over a week to ship and then it came via USPS which took about another week.
