Shipping wasn't great. Long delay on the front end. You all were responsive, but it took longer than it should have for arrival.

Only received half of my order. I emailed about the issue before the holidays and haven’t heard back. I do like the product I feel they are expensive and since I only received half of my order they are VERY expensive.

I like it, but I really don’t understand why the numbers can’t come fixed? It’s not like we’re constantly swapping out house numbers… The mailmen/deliverers often bump the last digit(s) when leaving mail, and I cant say I blame them. This is my first and probably last time using magnetic numbers for this purpose. For us, it adds an element of unnecessary complications/takes away from the functionality and aesthetic. Maybe it’s better if your house number is shorter. Ours is four digits, so it’s pretty hard to avoid bumping at least one digit. Especially because I doubt most people expect the numbers to be magnets/moveable when they go to leave mail.

Shipping timeframe was decent enough but doesn't make up for the fact that I am constantly drying out my mail.
