This is a well designed product

Fast delivery

Service was fine, got both the box and then the additional adapter piece within about 10-12 days each of ordering. Again, just add some directions to save people time.

Initial order fulfillment was a bit slower than I anticipated, but once the product arrived, I was very pleased with how it was packaged and protected, as well as the build quality of the products themselves. 5 stars for quality and customer service.

Shipping takes too long… all else is amazing! Love this product
