very bad experience with the product ordering

Ordered a earring. No response for 7 days neither an update on the order. After follow up it was informed to at the order can’t be processed. Missed an important day.

Ordered the product twice. They cancelled it. After calling support it seems the product is not available..just takr it off from the website or say unavailable..how difficult is that ?
