Ordered the product twice. They cancelled it. After calling support it seems the product is not available..just takr it off from the website or say unavailable..how difficult is that ?

No communication that order is unavailable. We kept waiting untill has to follow-up. Whats the use of sharing our contact details if no communication.

Absolutely terrible service. The warehouse cancelled my product on their own and refused to place another order. I had got a first order discount, and when I asked the customer service team for another coupon of the same value, their "resolution" was for me to order using another mobile number. Website browsing experience was terrible as well. The package never reached me.
