Worst experience ever, never opt for online delivery if you are gifting someone. Customer care has no clue how to resolve any issue First they sent to me i sat in store requesting for exchage for more than 3 hours Then they said sent email to customer care They will waste your time alot before providing solution And whatever questions i have they wont answer, after the return product is picked up they want 15 days to see if refund is applicable or not For a big brand like this i dont think customer care matches the brand standard level NEVER PURCHASING FROM MIA EVER

The pearl from the bangle fell off. We went to Mia showroom they said they cannot fix it

Its too small I can’t even wear it u haven’t mentioned size in discription its for small kids I guess not for adults i am healthy not obese then also i cant wear it i have to wear it now as bracelet
