Simply awful return and exchange service. I ordered something that did not fit, so I needed to have it exchanged or returned but they started a blanket “no return policy on silver”. The customer service line was completely unhelpful as well.

The return policies as well as system is not at all customer friendly. The shipment was not updated for 16 days and no body in the system understood how to solve it
