Color of the suit in the photo does not match the color of the suit I received.

Why is there no customer service to resolve these problems?

This company has the worst customer service ever. I ordered one suit and they send me whatever they wanted , I completely different suit when I call customer service to inquire about it and request the suit that I ordered to be shipped to me. They said that’s what they had and if I didn’t like it, I could send them back for a full refund or they will give me a $20 discount and keep it when I said I wanted the suit that I ordered. They said we don’t have it what we sent you is what we have send them back for a refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the persons (with a thick Indian accent ) said he was the supervisor I said can you please send me the suit that I ordered and he said just send the suit back and hang up on my face.

Did not get the correct suit and tried to charge me to send the wrong one back and for a return label. When I called both workers were extremely rude and I never got a return phone call. Will never use this company again. Do not recommend.
