Total ripoff!

The sport jacket is okay. The company and its customer service is terrible. I realized they were not going to ship within the 24-48 window they told me it would so it wouldn’t make it on time for my sons prom. They refused to cancel my order because it had “already been processed” yet their website said I unfulfilled. I received a tracking number the following evening only after I called customer service a second time for it. They created the label that day BUT the jacket was not ACTUALLY received by FedEx and shipped out until three days later. They also told me I’d have to pay $20 more dollars to return the item and the website claims 100% refund on returns. I will absolutely not purchase from this company again!

Not even close to the correct color. And the photo on the website it’s a bubblegum pink and in real life it’s a pastel pale, naked mole rat pink.

I received the wrong suit!

Vety dissatisfied with the product and return process. I was shorted on my refund without any explanation.
