My entire experience was wonderful - from my initial questions, to order placement and delivery, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience. Additionally, customer service was very responsive - I had to amend my initial sizing request and this was handled promptly. The updates regarding production, shipping, etc. were all within the expected window, and the eco packaging I selected was lovely. The only thing I would change is I would have liked the option for all my rings to be packaged together in the same box since all 4 were for one person. Maybe that's an additional option that can be added upon ordering. Overall - I am so happy with my morse code rings! I love the meaning behind each one and how they all look stacked together. I would happily order more jewelry from this company in the future.
