Customer service was good, communication was good, shipping email went to spam but they got back quickly.

I absolutely love this jewelry shop, been shopping here since it was an etsy shop last decade... So, I'm sure I'll be back! Especially because I just found out about Diamond Fridays... I'm going to have to be on instagram more!

M&C's service was excellent, they gave us clear instructions on shipping and how long it would take to repaire the ring.
