I love the products but returning of the item was expensive and not straight forward. I return an item from The Netherlands, and the warehouse address was not easily recognised by PostNL.

Great product, however ecommerce experience was really bad. Delivery lost - DPD an authentic disaster - packaging terrible - dirty plastic bag - … needs a lot of improvement otherwise Millet brand might be affected
