I purchased 5 items on the fall sale. The address provided was in Annecy, a mere 90 minutes away. Their address entry system auto corrects to a general area address upon entry, I pointed this out to them immediately after the order but before shipping. They said they would correct it for French Post. They didn't. The package was not successful in delivery. I then received a return label (I didn't have the goods). I said I want the product, I'm trying to support an independent brand and like the stuff. I sent a video showing how the address entry system is messing it up, provided the correct address again (which they have, and is in a business park that has delivery trucks in it every day), and. . . they ghost and refund me. It surprises me that an independent brand will let a technicality like this get in the way of sales in France, and that they're completely unwilling to work with a customer (well or actually French Post) to fix a totally minor and fixable problem. I still like their product generally, but wish a "can do" attitude of even simple stuff like this was present.
