Too flimsy

hoping to get assistance with my order, I never received.

Unfortunately I’ve had horrible customer service & it’s hard to get in touch. Two items I’ve purchased became lost or never sent in the mail. It would be nice to have a customer service number to call to help out in situations like this.

My shorts were lost in the mail & never made it to be fulfilled to the post office. Customer service with you was horrible. I wrote several times via email, instagram, & FB to get help. Finally someone said they would look into it & even then they never responded back until after a week later when I kept emailing about it. You all had to then send a replacement.

Most requests for follow-up to unshipped item have not been received, but I am still optimistic that the shipment will be sent.
