I ordered two Earth Weekend
I ordered two Earth Weekend shirts, one for myself and one for my spouse. When the order arrived eight days later, the package contained only one shirt and it was the wrong shirt. I contacted customer service and worked through the return/exchange process. I received the replacement 11 days later. It contained the correct shirt but only one. I again contacted customer service. The second shirt was shipped. After all was said and done, we did not have both shirts until one month and five days after we submitted our original order.
The worst part for me was the customer service. I never received more than three sentences of communication. I didn't receive any communication at all about my last shipment. It simply arrived at my house one day. I received notifications about the other shipments, letting me know they had shipped, they were out for delivery and they had been delivered. No one even sent an email to let me know they were going to send it.
The whole process made me feel that I was not valued as a customer or a person. I appreciate Mavrans' products but I am not interested in purchasing from them ever again. At the end of the day, people are what matters, not products. Mavrans did not leave we with the impression that they care about people and are operated by people who care.
