Mavix responded quickly to my warranty claim regarding the back rest not readjusting as shown in the video. They quickly provided me with tracking information for the new back rest, I am excited to try it.

Excellent shippment time. Product is not for use more than two hours at the time without feeling uncortable pain.

Seat, backrest and lumbar are fine, and thats about all thats good about it. Armrests are FLIMSY and NOT SOFT, and if you rotate them too far they SNAP and go full 360°. Everything has HARD plastic edges except the cushioned front of the seat. The wheels kept locking up so i SNAPPED the locks off to stop it. The backseat mesh has STAPLES coming out of it after use. I've only owned it for little over a year.

It seems like a design flaw. The arms were deliver timely but it seemed like the design of the arms were not made for adjustments like replacing just the top portion with the pad.

As expensive as this chair is, would have hoped that while sitting, I did not feel like I was sliding out of my seat! I have adjusted and adjusted and adjusted. I almost went for 3 stars, as the chair, over all is very comfortable, and well built. The locking mechanism for the wheels has something to be desired. The levers are VERY hard to engage and disengage, to the point that I hurt myself disengaging. Just a little boo-boo but you get the idea. With all that being said, I still would recommend this chair. These items are just little things I have noticed. I assume the wheel locks will loosen up over time with use, etc. . .
