As expensive as this chair is, would have hoped that while sitting, I did not feel like I was sliding out of my seat! I have adjusted and adjusted and adjusted. I almost went for 3 stars, as the chair, over all is very comfortable, and well built. The locking mechanism for the wheels has something to be desired. The levers are VERY hard to engage and disengage, to the point that I hurt myself disengaging. Just a little boo-boo but you get the idea. With all that being said, I still would recommend this chair. These items are just little things I have noticed. I assume the wheel locks will loosen up over time with use, etc. . .

Customer service was non existent, the box showed up basically open and damaged, easy to put together but the arm rests wiggle and the back adjustment will slip and slide at random times. Overall very dissatisfied with this chair and not sure how it costs $799

Today, I opened the package to assemble the chair and discovered that only four wheels were included instead of the required five. As a result, I am unable to complete the assembly or use the chair I purchased. This was particularly disappointing because I set aside time today specifically to assemble and use the chair, only to find that a critical component was missing from the box. Given the premium price of the product, I did not expect to encounter a quality control issue that prevents the chair from being assembled at all. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as quickly as possible. I can provide any additional information you may need. I look forward to hearing from you

Delayed a day, rusty product. Will probably be my first and last mavix chair. Unfortunate.
