Product great.. shipping terrible. It was mis directed and went via Sydney, ulladulla then Sydney again before delivery to us

Great Product, second one we have purchased. Delivery was fast with package all flat packed. No cracking issues thus far using secretlab chairs. Onlly drawback is the depth of the carpet teeth. We do find over the course of a week the mat will a couple of cm each day, we have plush carpet with thick underlay but that would be my only improvement suggestion is just longer carpet teeth.
