You still have an address listed for a store in Adelaide. Went to find it and couldn’t. Was then told you have no physical locations. Courier misplaced parcel and had to hunt for it, so was a number of days late. Product itself is much better than standard chairman you might get from other stores.

Our previous order was top quality, but this time one of the two mats seemed to have a white glue substance along one edge. It didn't matter much as it is being used in the garage and we placed the marked edge near a doorway so is not very visible. The mats are excellent quality and super easy to vacuum, so I'm happy with the mat, just a shame about the glue, see photos.

WORST MAT I HAVE EVER BOUGHT. SIMPLY CUT OUT OF A LARGE PIECE OF PLASTIC, NO SMALL FEET ON UNDERSIDE, BOTH SIDES SHINY AS, AND PLASTIC IS SO THICK, IT CAME ROLLED, AND I CANNOT GET IT TO FLATTEN OUT FOR USE. WHAT A WASTE OF $450
