Alison is extremely responsive and helpful throughout the purchasing process. Great no hassle price too! I’ve yet to receive the massage chair but will update once received on the setup / install, and my first impressions of the Human Touch Novo XT.

First, Alison was great, no where to really test these chairs out especially with covid. I had decided on a different more expensive chair based on reviews and being worried about chair made in China (quality). Alison helped me understand a little more about them and explained I would most likely be happier with this chair and save a couple thousand as well. Don’t see many places down selling you, so thank you. Unfortunately the chair came in with the airbags in one arm not working at all (this model comes with arms assembled). This was very frustrating for a $$$ purchase to have it not working out of the box. Alison tried to help but Titan customer support quickly responded and scheduled a tech rep to fix it. About a week later he came out and in 15 minutes it was fixed. Said wiring issue. I realize things happen and the important thing was they quickly fixed it. On to the chair. This seems to be an updated or newer version of the Maestro LE but with less airbags (more advanced?). I have never tried a chair with airbags so I have no reference point but they are great. My wife loves the hip ones, both of us are on computers 8+ hours a day and the arm/hand ones are amazing after work. The need a chair that had a great shoulder upper back massage and this one does the job. We also never experienced a L track chair before and now couldn’t go without it. We have just used the default settings which I think is around 3 (out of 5 intensity) on most and it’s plenty deep without hurting. Speakers are better than I expected and I always use them, gives headphone effect without having anything on your ears and people in next room watching tv don’t even hear them, decent quality sound for what it is, don’t expect deep bass. I use it to stream relaxing stations from phone. Heat is subtle but effective, nice not being sweaty coming out of chair but enough heat to help relax. Reason it’s not 5 stars. To me 5 stars means it’s perfect, and for the price maybe it’s close but there are a few things they could improve. -the leg part doesn’t always stop when it should, causing your legs to be up too high or having to reset it, maybe a better sensor. -seems like even with the “advanced” airbags they could have benefited with more in certain spots. Hips are nice but underpowered in my view, Also nothing for upper arm/bicep area. -they need to figure out a movable pillow to use while still giving the great neck massage, you have to remove the pillow to get it and they your head just kind of sits on a fabric part which isn’t uncomfortable but could be better -not sure how we will clean the foot area as it’s so enclosed, looks like something zippers out. -poor instructions, didn’t really go over how to use all the buttons and features, we figured out most of it by playing around, was a little shocked by this, maybe I missed something but it’s lacking. -nice remote but thought it would have more advanced options, it’s pretty simple, no memory, no super advanced massage (like only do neck or only do arm airbags) seems like they could easily add that -would be nice to have more auto programs, lacking compared to other chairs and a few seem like gimmicks like the “swing” it doesn’t do anything really other than wear down the motors in the chair. -noises to worry me, the basic noises I get but once in a while you hear a louder pop or something you don’t normally hear and makes you wonder about long term. -worry about how long fabric will last since my wife and I use it everyday, heard stories about rollers ripping fabric (synthetic leather) and with warranty they can claim you abused it and not cover it... hopefully that isn’t the case. Overall it’s an expensive purchase even with a good discount but I couldn’t see living without one now and am more than satisfied with this model and happy with the purchase. My wife and I feel much better everyday since we started using it, my back pain, stress levels on both of us have gone down. Had a couple friends over the other day who tried it out and are thinking of buying it now after one use.

This chair gives me a lot of relief. I have it set up near my TV, and enjoy watching the news in it as it runs through a 30 minute manual or pre-programmed program.

Dealing with Alison at massage chair wellness was a great experience,we purchased the chair and then things went down hill a ltlle bit ,again Alison was great helping us try and figure out what th freight company was doing.with her help and our calling chair finally arrived in great condition,and is being used by the entire family to rave reviews,thanks again Alison for all your help,Randy and Bridget
