I will give a “B-” on this massage chair

OK. This Osaka first class 3D massage chair did its job. Only problem is all of their auto programs don’t get hard enough to push my back, so it didn’t get into the spot I need. Good thing is you can manually adjust its level but you need to do it every time when you start the machine even though you save the manual setting into your favorite memory. It won’t give you the same level you were saved next time when you load the memory and this is very frustrating....another problem is the default setting for the foot massage is too strong and you need to set it down every time when you use the auto program. Does it worth the price? Hmm...my answer is NO. I have no doubt with the machine outlook and its massage function but the program setting itself need to improve.

Sales process was very good. But..

Sale process was excellent. Installation team was very professional. Enjoying the chair. But post sale customer support was not satisfactory. I had indicated I will need help moving the chair from the installation location at a future date when I bought it and was guaranteed I will get the help. Sadly, no and calls and emails of promises ended up with no help. Will buy my next from another vendor as service is very important to me..

Best investment ever!

I first searched online for a massage chair at different sites. Then the person who does the sales said, "make an offer", so I did. I offered lower than I could find on the same chair on other sites thinking I have nothing to lose. They couldn't go that low but they still gave me a better price than any where else. I placed the order. Then time went by and we had no communication from them. We started to panic, thinking this was a bogus website because communication was so unprofessional. We were ready to call the credit card company and cancel the order. We finally got a hold of them by phone and felt better with a ship date. It turns out, the model we ordered, was out of stock so they offered to upgrade to the next model for free. In the end, we got a chair that was worth double the price we paid. We are extremely pleased with the product! It's the best investment we have ever made! We use it everyday and it contributes to our health and well being immensely. I haven't been back to the website to see if improvements have been made in the shopping experience and customer service but I hope they have done that. If that happened, then it would be a great business! Just tried to submit this and there are problems with it not going through! Please get a tech guy and get your site working well!

Still haven’t received my chair!! Is this a real business?

This is the second email I have gotten to leave a review, how can I leave a review when I’m still waiting to receive the product. Purchased a chair on November 27th. Have not heard a word from anybody. Will be reversing the charge on my credit card as I believe I have been scammed!
