Received my order, so pleased. Presented lovely and ready to wear. Love masai styles, colours, i don’t usually buy online and sizes were perfect for me. Masai is one of my favourite labels. Thank you!

Love the clothes, great selection gorgeous fit, generous relaxed sizing and fantastic quality. Package got slightly delayed but customer service was excellent in locating my package and getting it to me. I returned one item, as it was too big. My only issue is that returns are the responsibility of the customer, and obviously I wanted to track the package back so that I would know it arrived. From Ireland to Denmark this cost €20. For that reason, I wouldn't buy direct from the website again.

Ordering was uncomplicated and delivery was prompt. The quality and fit of the dress I ordered was not good. It was badly made and ill fitting. The neck with 2 tie strings was way too large and badly fitting. Disappointing design. Fabric and colour were nice.

As expected the items were all excellent quality although I returned 2 of the 3 due to the fit. I would be inclined to purchase online again if Masai used sustainable packaging and offered free returns.
