Was very disappointed with Shipping.Recieved an email from you which was in a foreign language ,(German I think)which I presume was in regarding delivery. I emailed you about same and you acknowledged the email but didn't answer my query.Also didn't like the amount of unnecessary plastic wrapping used in packaging.

While I like your clothes, style and fit good, I wish you could organise a returns system as it is VERY expensive to send things back to Denmark .

I ordered a gilet and was told it would be deliver in 5/ 7 days, I emailed to ask if that was guaranteed as I wanted it for a specific occasion. Yes. 7 days passed and it still hadn’t arrived,It took 10 days. I was most disappointed.,

Blouse is very short in length.Wouod love if Masai tops blouses and shirts would come in longer lengths.

Excellent service and lovely clothes at affordable prices. However I have sent two packages back. One has not been acknowledged and the second has been acknowledged but no refund .
