Mariners Learning System

My experience with Mariners Learning System has been far from great. But by the looks of things, they only post positive reviews, and so I will screenshot this to post on social media. 1. There are tons of throughout the course, it's clearly copy/paste with a side of AI. 2. Their customer service is slow to respond and doesn't know how long their courses last apparently, as they tried to make me pay for an extension that I didn't need. 3. I failed my rules of the road three times in a row after studying their material extensively and had to wait to retest again. When I logged back into my account to retest I discovered that all the material had been updated including the exam information, but I was never sent an email regarding the updates nor told that the test would be new, and so I'm pretty sure I failed again. All in all, I did not have a good experience and will probably have to go to another school.

Sold me higher course (3 Pack) than what I wanted. Would like a refund.

Terrible system, especially the test software that you are required to download. You are not even allowed to use the toilet.

quite disappointing. . . the website is confusing and poorly labeled. I am often going in circles as the directions are not clear. The “lectures” are NOT lectures. All the are is a person reading from the text book which is a separate purchase. There is no explanation of concepts simply a book that you study and if you want having someone read the book. It is a huge disappointment
