Mariners Learning System

The sail endorsement class was very poor. It did not match up with the questions on the test. I had been told this by a few of my captain friends who had taken the course, and unfortunately they were right. I would not recommend this course.

I feel like the salesman took advantage of my eagerness to learn but I would have never signed up for a class that wasn't open book and after calling customer service that's what I'm hearing now is that it's a closed book final
