The pickup was confusing. The employees were kind and polite. Very disorganized process though. Several pieces just never showed up at the warehouse.

Customer service was not great. Very dismissive of the issue and just refunded me when they got sick of me

Our 14” mattresses ended up being 10” mattresses and are way too firm. Def wrong product in the 14” box. Very unimpressed.
