Really disappointed.

Charged for products I ordered but did NOT receive

These dr oz mattresses should’ve been donated to charity, not acceptable at retail.

I have ordered four beds , one came broken , one had no screws with it to assemble and one never arrived. I have been waiting for replacement beds and parts now for several weeks and getting the run around from FedEx and the representative from the company. Have been sleeping on the floor for over a month now waiting for the beds to arrive. Very frustrating.

I had heard good things about Malouf, but I was really disappointed with everything we received.
