Malouf VIP

Service has always been excellent with Malouf. I wish they allowed returns, but they tend to offer good products.

Slow delivery and not much communication

I have not received my rug and comforter order yet.

Every thing was good except the bed being totally broken

The package only contained the pillow. No Pura items were in the package. I contacted Customer Service by email and they were able to get the remaining items sent to me.
