Lumene UK Shopify

I ordered a couple of things on 22 November, only one was delivered and I am STILL waiting for the other item despite having paid for it. I would not order direct from Lumene again and only give 2 stars because I love their products.

Sadly it is the wrong shade for me and is too light in colour in trying it. It would be really helpful to be sent some samples for your colour choice.

Website says fulfilled, communication poor. Please refund.

Sadly did not go out of their way to help me.

The delivery company didn't leave the package and didn't attempt to go round the back of my house. It was taken to a shop quite a distance from where I live and I didn't know which bus went there. As a result I did not receive the item.
