I ordered and paid for an advent calendar which was never delivered. I contacted customer services who said that it had been returned by the courier. However I am still awaiting a refund a month later as it is still being processed by the warehouse. Very disappointing.

As per previous review. I haven’t received the order or a note from the delivery company detailing where they left it. Please follow up asap and either process a refund/send a replacement. Many thanks.

Item never arrived. Customer Services say courier is at fault. Poor service.

Lovely products- can’t fault them! But my last four orders had items missing every time! Totally ridiculous! Customer service responded every time and refunded me (I’m still waiting on my missing items three weeks on) but it’s starting to feel personal!! Really makes me think twice about ordering direct again!!
