I have to cancel my subscription. My eczema flared up. I’m sure it’s great for most skin problems. I was the problem!

I ordered items of Lumene on 20 NOVEMBER 2025 with order number 0417953. Since I have not received the items and I know that dpd returned the parcel to Lumene. Please check whether the parcel return to Lumene.

Although my order had a Royal Mail tracking number, it was never tracked and didn’t arrive. Sent numerous emails to Lumene and didn’t get any replies, so ended up emailing their media/press address which then passed them on to customer services and at that point things speeded up and I finally got a refund.
