Went fine. Return was hassle free, product arrived promptly, price was good.

Everything was great. Easy to order, fast shipping, and it has a high quality feel. -1 for being forced to run the Logitech software to control the lighting effects. :(

Shipping was fine. It came when it said and the packaging was great. I just wish they wouldn’t give me such an issue while I’m using them.

Got new headset on time and without any issues.

I really like the esthetic and style of these headphones. Comfortability is great. Too bad the sound quality is sort of meh. Even with the highest/best settings on GHub, it just isn't that outstanding.
