I was incredibly excited about getting these headset but I kept waiting for my order status, never received updates on shipping, kept trying to write tickets and never getting the help I needed. Overall waited 3-5 weeks without ANY updates and finally arrived:( When I got them, they looked baby blue more than lilac, so more points off. The quality is good but just a hassle to connect. I'm happy but at what cost...

It took a couple of days before my order was shipped out. Nowadays with Amazon being able to ship things out same day, and even have them to your door the very next day, waiting a multiple days for an item to even be shipped out is a huge pain.

No complaints about the keyboard itself, and didn't need to reach out to support for anything. I just wish the driver software were available on Linux.

It arrived on time.
