It's an excellent product, but I received a package without stickers, small goodies or even documents. It's not at the level I expected

overall, it was my first and very good experience. I expected to get a kind of loyalty program to keep buying woth you. Quality of products were amazing as well. Also I think you could benefit yourselves on Amazon FBA program to improve speed on delivery, especially on international shipment.

Packaging for transportation to be improved. Delivery time and communication have been excellent. I'm sorry, but I have not yet tested the skateboard. Anyway, it looks like super. BR Nicola

My shipment was cancelled just because of wrong 5 digit address !! At saudi you can deliver any thing by giving the number & email . . No need for the dummy 5 digits address, do you need more explanation ? I was expecting this shipment all the time !! And you already charged my bank account ! So please find good solutions to increase your international sales . . despite I'm in love with loded products but this was bad experience & waste of my time.
