Loaded Boards

I am still waiting for the answer, why my wheels were getting cracks and became conic after a couple of rides. Sad to say, but Love Handles are really not what I expected them to be.

Loaded customer service has been condescending and unhelpful, I expressed extreme frustration at the fact that the board is made in China and the polished trucks are not polished at all and they just said tough luck, since I had assembled it in excitement prior to noticing the sticker That said made in China I am ineligible for refund, but they refused to give any sort of compensation. I had a big order around $250 or so all I’m asking is for a partial refund of two products but they have just ceased communication, buyer beware

Email says “don’twalk” but it should be “doesn’treply”. Sucks to be a long time supporter to this company.
