I'm very unhappy with the weight of the thing around my neck. The black. cord irritates my skin and the weight of the thiung irritates it even more. Consequently I'm planning on canceling your program.

I have had to use the Life Line several times and their response has been quite but I have a major complaint with speaker apparatus. The chain on it is almost useless and continually slips down on the neck. I have had to put a tie on it. It must be replaced with a sturdier chain or neck tie.

did not enjoy the string around my neck. Did appreciate the device didn't have to be recharged.

Customer service was lacking when she needed replacement equipment and when service was stopped and needed to return equipment.

Would give more stars but ending service and returning the hardware is a nightmare. Multiple calls, on hold, and confused feedback. Took weeks and was charged for additional months all the whole.
