The pendent is too large and bulky. I am looking for something that is reliable yet inconspicuous.

I haven't had the occasion to use Life Line yet.

Took a long time to receive the bracelet and monitor. Now the bracelet band is wearing out and the closer material hardly sticks anymore. Is it possible to send a replacement bracelet band?

I am not happy with this new 5G device. It has to be recharged every day. The lanyard is difficult to use and adjust. I have too many false alarms. Many of the people who answer the alarms are difficult to understand.

I have not worn my pendant because the "neck rope" broke after 2 months and the pendant is super sensative, plus I have to charge it daily which means I cannot wear it for a daily period. so why wear it?
