It would be helpful if there was more online access. Not being able to view account information and having to do all business by phone is inconvenient and odd.

Response to call button needs to be quicker Also needs to improve the wristbands. Something that will dry quickly after a shower. Needs to get messages correctly to the EMT etc.

After 3 calls I received

After 3 calls I received a replacement for my main unit, (I didn’t ask for it, but was told it is an “updated version). I am 95 years old and cannot manage to replace my old unit. I must await assistance, not your problem. I really only wanted to replace my wristband as the Velcro is not holding and there is nothing that will get it clean. I am embarrassed to show anyone how it looks. A new one was sent with the new unit, thank you, finally! You need to find a better grade of Velcro! So do ballplayers!
