I want to know what happens if I should fall when I am NOT at home?? When I am home it works fine.

Having problems getting new pendant to replace old one that has my account on inactive for over a year. They sent a replacement that doesn’t work. Now awaiting another new replacement that may arrive in 2to 3 weeks. I have to say that when I fall the emergency operators are quick to answer. The string that the pendant is strung on is cheap looking and the automatic release releases when I turn over in bed at night or other occasions when I twist thus falling on the floor in businesses.

Lifeline never calls to check their equipment or the person who is using Lifeline.
