I've only used it once or twice. Response was great, and I do wear it constantly.

We were very pleased with the system, customer service. But we still haven't recieved your shipping box to send your epuipment back to you. Its been months!

I feel fairly confident with the unit. However, it goes off when it is losing battery power. When I really needed it to go off, it didn't call you. Fortunately, I wasn't hurt but I did fall out of the shower and hit my head.

I am happy with everything, even though somehow my unit called EMS while I was sleeping and I got awakened at 0400 hours by the rescue pounding on my door. I think the “beep sounds” that the unit makes should be DIFFERENT for the recharging and for notifying of an outgoing rescue call.
