I feel safe. With my Life line However, sometimes it takes a very long time to charge I have to charge EVERY DAY I am happy there is a quick response when it sets. Off accidentally

Terrible lanyard

My only complaint is with the fall detection device. It is heavy and uncomfortable. The lanyard is terrible. The service gets 4* only because of responsiveness when there is call or question.

I've used my neck pendant

I've used my neck pendant many times, and youve been there to get service for me. Once or twice though, it was 2 mins. before you answered. That's too long. I have also used it to order replacement, and ask questions and everyone is helpful and knowledageable. I ccouldn't live alone without this service, and it's so much better than Life Alert, where their sales people are downright rude. Wearing this pendant at first seemed strange, but now I wouldn't feel right if I didn't have it, when I'm alone. I like that the people answering call ambulances quickly, when I have needed them.

have been using lifeline for about four months and so far we have been satisfied with the device and services. However, I wish that lifeline would provide a device with GPS so we could have100 per cent coverage all the time.
