I got a call from you about a month and a half from you saying that my thing was short on batteries and that you were sending me a new one. I called you about 2 weeks ago to tell you that I'd never gotten it and still haven't gotten it. The machine is still blinking me as you asked me about. I wonder if I'm ever going to get it.

The breakaway part keeps coming apart from time to time, also does not hold a charge only for 2 days and then sometimes wakes me up in the middle of the night. So have to charge more often.

For the most part service is good. The phone I bought thru lifeline leaves allot to be desired, but I do love the tablet.
