Thank you
Fortunately, I have not had to use my wrist device for an emergency. But I have lost count how many times I accidentally hit the device on a door, wall, or anything else I can bang myself on. Each and every time, the Lifeline operators have been incredibly kind and relieved I was okay. They reset my device and I tried very hard not to let it happen again. Famous last words for chronic insomniac and sleep walker. The irony is not lost on me either. But it is also why I have Lifeline. I know if I hurt myself because I am so exhausted I can’t see straight; or find myself stuck in a crevice while I was sleep walking. It is amazing how limber one is while they are sleeping and how easily they can find away their way around protective devices.
Lifeline provides peace of mind for my family as they are not close enough to help. The only draw backs of the wristband are superficial..the color of the top heavy device with the ugly Velcro wristband. It would look much better and more discreet if it was all in one color and the button a lighter shade.
