The Lifeline lady called me immediately after I fell about 6 months ago. The rescue people were here in just a few minutes and helped me get up, then checked me physically and mentally. My sincere thanks to the Lifeline lady for her prompt work!

Took a little more time than I thought should. The rep was cordial and connected me in fairly good time. She thought our area had a volunteer fie dept., and learned a while later that the fire dept. was a full serving fire dept.
