Feel so much safer with my Lifeline, especial when i am alone. There is always someone on call in just a few seconds. My children are happy to know if i need help, all i have to do is hit my button.

The service was fine but it did not help my situation because my loved one has dementia and refused to wear the pendant because "there is nothing wrong with me".

I love this service. Not only did it give my mom a better sense of security and much assistance when needed...but the people were wonderful and were always there to answer questions and assist with issues. Much appreciated and I spread the word whenever a discussion arises. Thank you so much!

very please with service/however I recomend a new types of necklace to hold pendent/ my necklace comes up loose and falls/need a necklace with safer fastener and a better adjustment for adjustment. Thanks
