My father used the Lifeline alert system for 2 years. It worked very well and called for help each time he fell. Every interaction with the company was handled professionally. Mailing back the equipment was also easy.

Whenever I pressed the button, someone was with me in a very short time. Very Pleased !!

No complaints. I feel more secure having this contact.

So far I have been satisfied with Lifeline. I have not had a serious fall but every so often I get a call from Lifeline checking to see if I am okay and verifying my home address. I feel they will be there for me if I do have a fall or need help from them.
