I'm impressed with the speed of the answering¡ I've not yet had to use the service but have hit the button by error several times.

Great service. Works well. Have had to use it twice. No charge for them to come and replace equipment when it’s out of date.

Never really had to use them for an emergency but I did push the button a couple of times by accident and they answered immediately

Infrequent use of service; but when needed get great response. It is also comforting to know I can get help when I need it.

The device and the support staff were GREAT!
