I dropped my thermal mug
I dropped my thermal mug on a concrete floor and broke the lid. I was quite attached to my mug so I sent an email to see if I could buy a replacement lid. I received a very prompt reply from Jamie at Lifeventure with details of how to order the part.
Unfortunately, there was a problem with the courier at my end. However, I contacted Jamie again and he sorted matters for me. He was kind enough to both ‘phone me and send me an email to explain the action he was taking.
The replacement lid arrived promptly and fits perfectly. My tried and tested Lifeventure Thermal Mug is now back in use and fit for many more years of use. It’s a great product.
